Type 1 Capsaicin Cream

Hi all! Could I ask if someone has any experience on Capsaicin 0,75 cream. Neurophysiologist recommended me to ask it from GP. My kind of neuropathic pain is hypersensitivity on legs,and rough pain on soles of feet after long standing. Thanks for any share.

I was recommended it, by physiotherapist for thumb arthritis. Apart from making my skin burn it did nothing of any advantage. Not sure how it would help hypersensitivity or neuropathy pain, though.

edit: I have T2 and don’t have neuropathy pain, so hope I have not given useless info for you, @Matteo1980 . Apologies if that is the case, and hope you manage to get some pain relief sorted.
