Hi
I have recently joined this site following my husband being diagnosed with type 11diabetes and myself havingbeen diagnosed with pre diabetes.
I have just recieved my Collins carb counter book. I have been checking the carbs in foods and have noticed they differ quite a bit from the carb infomation I have got from the internet prior to this book arriving. I am not sure what to think now. has anyone else noticed this?
Do I just go by what the collins book says ?

soaps on telly and people talking about the characters as if they were real.
None f the references is 100% accurate on carbs. the method by which they are calculated isn't all that relevant to what happens in the body.
I personally would just go by one at a time.

Hi Hana
Thank you for your reply. Think it is sensible as you say to use only one list. Will use the carb counter book as that will be the easiest.
