Looking for advice. Im planning on having a tuna omelette for lunch(late i know) to carb count from my-fitness-pal its only 3g carbs. Does anyone inject for this or if so generally how much? (novorapid)

For me I wouldnt inject at all

I wouldnt take any insulin either, eggs and fish are no carb food. Unless your BG is out of range then you might want to take a unit or 2

I wouldn't dose either, at least on injections anyway.......

I wouldn't even make the effort to count it up either actually as I know tuna and eggs are free from carbs.....

I have to dose for half my protein as if it were a carb. ESPECIALLY in the absense of carbs but to be on the safe side, trynit without. Better to go up than down
