Hi Alan, the actual carb counting scales are a waste of money as some of the carb counts are less than accurate to put things mildly. All you need is a set of scales that weigh grams and can be zeroed and a calculator if your maths isn't good so you can work out the carb amount on your plate. There's also a book and app called carbs and cals which you might find very useful.Hi
Can anyone recommend a good carb counting scale. Any help would be appreciated.
Kind Regards
Alan
Lol you can pick up the scales in the UK for about £10 but as I said in previous post not 100% with their carb calculations. While a carb scale would be a lovely invention, it doesn't exist yet (or at least one that doesn't cost thousands of dollars). Fortunately, it's not hard to read food labels, weight your portions and calculate the carbs by using basic multiplication.
All that is is a basic scale with pre-programmed foods and their respective energy contents. It's a cheap version of a basic food scale and MPF which I cited previously.Lol you can pick up the scales in the UK for about £10 but as I said in previous post not 100% with their carb calculations.
Salter do an expensive version not sure how good it is though.
