Carb Counting

After finally losing my job and being 'medically re-deployed', I've got 2 weeks in a hotel on a training course which means I'll be able to test my carb counting skills!
I've found nutritional value guides for Wetherspoons, Greggs and McDs.( But hoping to avoid them).
Does anyone know of other food outlets that list the carb content of their meals?

Andy someone said you ate atkins bars, is this right, do you get on with them I have tried the coconut one...hope you font mind me asking thanks Kat

Google is a good place to see carb content of foods in these type of places. Most well known ones list them on line. Also, usually free wi~fi to check when there on phone :)

Not sure tbh Rockape, perhaps purchasing the Carbs & Cals book may come in handy as a visual guide to portion size etc:
