Really badly...I don't usually suffer with carb cravings but I even stole a glance at the chocolate counter today...something I never ever do. More specifically though...mash potato...cauli mash just aint cutting it this week
Low Carb Hot Choc
Boil kettle.
Add a heaped teasp of good quality cocoa powder to a big mug
Add 1.5 ish heaped teasp of sugar substitute to mug
Make the powders into a paste with a dribble of water (get rid of the lumps)
Add boiling water and stir until smooth
Top up with double cream.
Add caramel, lemon, orange or mint essences, if desired

I made a low carb veggie soup, 2 small red onions, mushrooms and courgette fried in butter with 4 Quorn chicken fillets diced seasoned Turmeric, fenugreek, salt and pepper, water added along with 2 packs of slim pasta, then a blitz with a blender.
I had 6 bowls yesterday and there is as much left for today, it's a pretty much fake soup, it's also pretty low cal except for the butter, but quite tasty and is quite convincing as a winter soup.
