carb/fat/protein ratios

Can anyone tell me what ratio of carb, fat and protein I should be having in a meal or day. I am fairly new to low carbing have lost 2lb first week but am finding cravings hard to cope with. Am having between 60 and 100g carbs daily but can you have too much fat or protein? I love reading all the comments and think it is great the support you give to each other. Debra.
 
Just worry about the carbs, once you get away from fooling your metabolism with "sugar rushes", you can start listening to your appetite and allow it to govern your fat and protein intake.

I find indulging in double cream helps with the cravings (it's far more indulgent than sugary stuff).
 
Thank you for replying. Thanks for the advice, I find that if I have just a little carb in the way of potato or bread that's it I stuff and stuff. Go for days low carbing feeling great then wham a really bad day. Anyway it is early days yet and I am not going to give up thanks to all the support, advice and recipes here. Forty or so pounds to go :thumbup:
 

Double cream is awesome, don't forget clotted cream for a real super treat
 
I just watch out for carbs and eat as much protein as I fancy. Green veggies I eat by the bucketful.
