Personally, I couldn't decide that simply. I'm fine on rice. I do OK on some fruit, but baked potato likes to move my scores up a bit.
I would urge you to set yourself a period of really controlled testing, if you want to go down this route. By that I mean, ensure you have plenty of sticks. When you eat, you must test beforehand, as well as after. "I'm always X" won't do it for you. Record all you eat, how you felt, and if you have been active. In/Out decisions can't, in my view, be made on a once eaten food - unless it is something outrageous. Even then, some foods are worth revisiting after a period when (any) significant weight loss and control is better. Your body may be able to cope better with some things after a while.
It takes a while to get a true handle on these things. It's not a quick process, if you want robust findings.
