Hi All,
Just trying to understand what I see on packets to the guidelines here on the forum. e.g. Slice of Warburton bread Carbohydrate "18.9g of which sugars 0.9g".
Assuming its the 18.9 I need to count against the forum guidelines, what does the 0.9 represent? Is it important ?
Low carb (ketogenic) 0-50g carbohydrate per day
Typical low carb 50-90g
Liberal low carb 90-130g
Moderate carbs 130-170g
High carb 170g plus a day
I noted the daily guideline on the packet was 230g per day !
Thanks in advance
Paul
