Ooooo no not the jelly xthe exercise is a sore point today, went for a 20 mile run friday afternoon only to get picked up at 14 miles because there was a problem at work, then today went out to find my hip felt painful right from the off and couldnt run it off so once the hail stones started i ran for home lol......and i ate a pint and a half of jelly
I had celery ,tomato and cheese salad .,leaving room for some fruit later
havnt had Yorkshire pudding or stuffing in ages ,will do soon hopefully ,what type do you use ? is there a low cal one ?
I have been low carbing for about 3 weeks. My sugars plummeted to the extent that I have now stopped the glyclazide due to hypos. Now controlled by metformin alone. Lost 7lbs. Blood pressure akso dropped so much I have been abke to stop lisinopril. Monitoring sugars which fall between 5 and 6 mmol regardless of food or exercise. Feel in control for first time in years. For me the next step was insulin. I will be interested to watch my levels and see what happens. Hba1c due march
