Hi all,
I have a question about carbohydrates in chips. I sometimes make SlimmingWorld chips in an air fryer (no oil). In the DAFNE carbs calculation book it states 100g of chips would have 30g of carbs, meaning injecting 3 units of NovoRapid. I am struggling to work out whether the 100g weight should be calculated before or after cooking of the potato. Please could anyone shed light on this. Thank you.
