Carbs in mulled wine?

Anyone know roughly how many carbs are in a glass of mulled wine? It seems to vary on the Web, from 7g to 15g per glass.
 
I love mulled wine at this time of year... :thumbup:

Yes it would be good to find out how many carbs are in these .

I dont want to go over my limits with this lovely hot xmas toddy .
I only get them at xmas fayres or markets though .
