Hello! Do pills like antidepressants and antipsychotics have carbs? How can I find out?

It would be unlikely.

Some tablets have a sugar coating but even that would be insignificant to have any effect on BG.

If in doubt, consult the leaflet with your tablets and/or speak with your pharmacist.
