Hey..
I just want to ask a question from all of you which cardio exercise you like to do . running or swimming..??
i mostly like to do swimming... what about you..???

I have an indoor rower which I use or I have been doing Insanity workouts with colleagues. That's tough !!!

my running is walking fast lol, once I'm at 15 miles plus, dog walkers pass me

Started walking first now do running, aiming for first park run 5k sometime this year!!!

It was almost wading this lunchtime. I'd have been better off in a wetsuit than running shorts.

I normally like trail running, but haven't been able to recently as it is just so wet at the moment. As I was getting a bit frustrated, did a 10k road run today, got soaked, also found it quite hard as was first run for a couple of weeks, and since starting on new meds. Did a new PW - Personal Worst.

when you get a PW its called a recovery run lol

i also use, "i was working on my form" today

T2, Metformin 850 Mg (1 tablet twice daily), venlafaxine 75mg (1 tablet daily), buscopan 10mg (2 tablets 4 times daily)
