I’m sort of ketovore, I don’t eat many veg (occasionally cauliflower rice) and most of my meals are carnivore. But my downfall are berries and yogurt and I do eat homemade biscuits made from almond flour. And I’m not giving up coffee with cream for any money
I think if you are still hungry you probably aren't eating enough fat? I know that other carnivores here have fatty meats, the skin from roast chicken etc.And your hunger? I am constantly hungry...
At the beginning I was tired and had a headache for a few days but I made sure I added electrolytes to a glass of water everyday and it went away as my body adjusted. As @TriciaWs said you have to make sure you’re eating enough fat. Fatty cuts of meat, butter, eggs. If I do feel hungry, which isn’t often, I eat cheese! Energy improved after a couple of weeks and mood definitely betterHow is your energy level? Can you do stuff? I am talking about work ( i have an office job but needs concentration), going supermarket etc and the mood?
I do have an odd meal that is just meat, but most of mine have above ground vegetables as a side salad. Saturated fats are so important for us RH ers. It not only gives you the benefits of them but also satiety, to get rid of them hunger/cravings you experience. I cannot eat cooked veg, never have, never will. Dairy will give you good fats, but again for me, I am dairy intolerant. As it seems I am intolerant to vegetable oils, all sugar, soya, and so on!Hello RHs, did any one tried Carnivore diet? I am an RH for years but recently I get very high spikes before the dips. I get also dips even with green vegetables. I tried Carnivore diet but could never cross the 1 week- too low energy and feeling S. I tried to combine it with dairy products to supply carbs, but again no. Any experience?

You have said, you need to supply carbs.
Do you mean that, needing carbs for your health? Or please explain.
Because, that is not true, you don't need to eat carbs, Your body will give you any glucose you need, without having to have carbs.
Controlled blood glucose levels in and around normal levels range, is the best advice I can give.
With RH, you don't have a very good first phase insulin response, and too many carbs, (very small amount) will trigger high blood glucose levels, which your body will 'react ' with an overshoot of insulin which will put you into hypoglycaemia. Not having the carbs, will stop the reaction.
Keep asking.
Best wishes.
