Cartridges Smashed

Hi just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. Packed a unopen box’s of cartridges for my holiday. When to change it and every cartridge is crack. Typical when you’re out the country. Lucky I manage to transfer it into the old cartridge but it took 3 to fill up one. The box isnt damage at all. Has anyone else had this problem?

I would keep a close eye on if it's still working as it should.
If the boxes are undamaged the cartridges were likely cracked before being put in the boxes, so the insulin might have been 'opened' for some time. Or maybe it has been frozen at some point and the cartridges cracked like a forgotten beer bottle in the freezer.
If the insulin turns out not to work anymore, do you have a way of obtaining new insulin where you are?
