probs with your pm box, it wont let me reply, perhaps a administrator can advise??
 
Check 'Board Preferences' and make sure 'Allow users to send you private messages' is checked as a 'Yes' .

You can always send messages to either myself or Sue and we can pass the details on confidentially. Messages from Monitor's cannot be disabled by Members.
 
Cugila, thanks, i think i have a solution as in my last post on 'just in case'. all carty needs to do is pm me her details, its just i cant send her a pm. you could perhaps pm her and advise her

I will do, message has been sent so hopefully she will get in touch one way or the other ? She may have it switched off. It will get sorted when she comes back online.
