Here we go a slap up steak, lovely greens, creamy peppercorn and roasted mushrooms in butter, from the newish Argentinian chain CAU

Started wax organic chicken shower with yellow peppers and homemade pesto....lovely

So easy to eat well in this restaurant!

Liking the look of those mushrooms

Not cheap though.
Was it £20/£30 for the meal?

Beware of added sugar and flour in the sauce and coating.

We go there too. I don't eat meat but they do heaR fish and a gorgeous roasted cauli side. The steaks are expensive but other dishes are reasonable.

Nope just this morning

Ah, ok. Was just wondering if you have a testing and diet regime following your successes? Will you still be doing your regular fasts now you have achieved your aim? Will they be necessary? I thought you were keen on LCHF?
I know I ask too many questions, but your approach is somewhat unique.

I did wonder about the wax organic chicken shower but then saw the pic and was relieved..!

Oh yes...has become a lifestyle now.

18 hours each day (dinner to lunch)

4 day monthly

7 day quarterly

Fairly strict LCHF but testing carb intolerance with a different food each week...this week was bread, killed me other than Tesco Spelt Pave which didn't affect or spike me...yippee

Did you know that would mean more questions from me?
How are you testing carb tolerance if you are not testing BG before and after meals?
If you continue to fast regularly, won't that mean continued, (no longer needed) weight loss?
Or is your eating regime going to be 'feast then famine'?

I am testing 4 x a day, just not yesterday as we have been away visiting friends so did not bother until this morning

Fasting has only ever been to trigger insulin sensitivity, weight loss has been slow and steady and primarily driven by low carbs.

I will have to start thinking about weight stabilisation which is a new one for me

Got a nice piece of halibut at the market today, going to do in a cream/garlic/Parmesan sauce with a green salad....
if I can wait long enough I might take a picture...
CB SB?

Thank you. Just curious!
Expect there will be more questions from me.
