No offense intended, because, like me, you've put in the work, you made the sacrifices you needed to along the way, and now you can reap the rewards, and I certainly have no apology that I can afford to do so as well.
Privilege is work as well as luck.
But it is difficult to criticise others, as that could be a budget for a family of four for a week, and certainly highly processed 'junk' food is cheap, and for many, all that they can afford.
Here and abroad unfortunately.
I've been in places where that would have bought the entire cow twice over.
(To be honest, they would happily have cut a leg off, and told me they'd killed it humanely, and eaten the the rest for the price of two more)
That's one of the reasons why I still support the eat well plate, it's very easy to complain it's still poor advice, but it's so much in front of cheap junk, it's sometimes embarrassing to compare to where we are.
