haahh cant believe im making a pizza base out of a cauliflour .. this time last year i would of thought nothing of buying one and not looking at the back how diabeties wakes up up ... lets hope ive done enough work at my first test results tomm ekkk nervous !
Part of my weekly chores has become, grating at least one cauliflower and one celeriac at the start of the week, the wife then puts them in tubs in the fridge to use as and when. I have to say I find it therapeutic, and really enjoy the cooked results. Who would have thought that vegetables could be so versatile.
How do people grate celeriac, cauliflower, etc?
I hate doing this although I love eating it in variety of ways. I often just slice with knife but not good at getting thin enough slices.
Any tips for not ending up with blood streaked veg?
Really like your idea of doing lots and storing in fridge, Chubbyian

At the moment I do it by hand, on a normal greater, but I hope to get an electric greater soon. It is not as hard as I thought it would be I just keep turning the vedge around so the narrowest side is being worked on. If you lived closer I would come over and do yours, as long as you made me a cup of tea
