Cauliflower/Broccoli cheese

What's buffalo sauce?
2/3 cup hot pepper sauce

1/2 cup cold vegan butter or coconut oil

1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 tbsp paprika

1/4 tsp vegan/gf Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/8 tsp garlic powder

salt to taste

Place the hot sauce, vegan butter or oil, vinegar, (gluten free) worcestershire sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and salt in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour into a small saucepan and place over medium heat. Bring to a boil while constantly stirring with a whisk.

As soon as the liquid begins to bubble on the sides of the pot, remove from heat, and set aside. Use right away with seitan wings, cauliflower, or use as a dip. This sauce will keep in the fridge for about two weeks.

WOW, that sounds absolutely wicked. I'm gonna sauce (sorry about the pun) those ingredients tomorrow and make some buffalo bites to go with it.
Cheers Nyxks

This is one of my favourite dishes. I am vegetarian and eat this as a main course.

A simple, cheap, quick and delicious method!

Frozen cauliflower, broccoli, mixed vegetables. (tastes as good as fresh)
Bring to boil and simmer for 8 minutes.
Strain, and then add to oven dish.
500ml of milk in pot.
Mix in 4 tablespoons flour and 2 or 3 teaspoons of wholegrain mustard.
Add a large nob of butter and bring to the boil stirring constantly.
Simmer quite high for 1 minute to allow the flour to cook through.
Mix in 3 large handfuls of grated cheddar.
Pour over vegetables.
Top with 5 large handfuls of grated cheese.
25 minutes at gas mark 6.

EAT!
