Hi My Daughter gave me a 250gm bag of M&S Cauliflower Couscous Is it safe to eat as I’m type 2 diabetic. On the label it shows 4.3 gms Carbs per 100gm of which sugars 2.9 Gmail

Absolutely! I make it more interesting by adding things like lemon zest and chopped capers or garlic and chillis.
