Good question - I would be interested also to hear if anyone had used/tried?

I have some 10percent full spectrum - I think it helps when my knee is painful - it has had several knocks over the years so I can't really expect perfect recovery after the last incident with an idiot in a car reversing into me.
I don't expect it to have any effect on my diabetes though.

Hi,

Used for what? There is some great feed back for pain management or neuropathy.

But blood sugar level managment? The "jury" is still out. & there is no bartering for diatary change intervention.
(Been there on that score.)

What diabetes are you diagnosed?
