Cereal Bars

Read the nutrition panel for the total carbs and sugars. Most of these things tend to be high in both. They you can assess whether they will fit into your eating plan.
Natural doesn't necessarily mean good.
Deathcap mushrooms and Deadly Nightshade, are both completely natural and I wouldn't advise anyone to eat either of them.

I personally think that anything that says, Natural or Healthy is an advertising ploy and when you read the nutritional panel, usually with the aid of a magnifying glass, it isn't all that.
Remember the old Mars advert? "A Mars a day helps you work, rest and play". I am sure some of the poets amongst us could add a downside to that line.

Obviously it's up to you if a particular food is ok for you to eat. Cereal bars are quite high incarbs and most are high in sugar. It depends what you want in your diet.
I keep them for emergencies as they're individually wrapped so they don't go stale too quickly. Also my boyfriend doesn't like them, which means I can rely on them still being where I left them! I can't leave him alone with biscuits...
Mostly I have them as a convenience thing. I take them to eat for breakfast if I stay at my mum or dad's place as they never have any of the 3 things I can bear to eat first thing in the morning. So they can be useful but not necessarily the healthiest food.

Does anyone know if these are ok to eat? Tesco have some natural ones and I didn't know whether to try one or not.

Unless you try you won't know but as ever - test, test, test! :)
