Unless of course I know the specific reason I am climbing like eating and taking insulin at the same time instead of prebolusing the right amount. I am retired. I do not low carb, I am a vegan. My A1c has for years been between 32-34. My TIR is 96-98% between 3.9-8-9.</p><p></p><p>Sugar Surfing by Stephen Ponder.
