Well I started on 4.4- 11.0 as that's the default settings, I've now brought it down to 4.4-10.0 as I gradually learning about how my bolus timing and bgs work together, as well as excersise, stress, hormones etc. Been a big learning curve as before I never really tested straight after eating or every ten minutes after a low or a high. I would just test a wee while later and it would be fine again if things had gone to plan. I think 4.4-7.21 is a bit tight and must be really hard to stay in the green, it might be more realistic to have it 4.4 to 9 and aim to get within that for 80% of the time and when you can do that slowly bring it down so that you're tightening up slowly and gradually. At least that's what I'm planning on doing anyways. 4.4-10 80% of the time for about 6 months straight then I'll bring it down to 9 then maybe 7. We shall see!
