I'm T2D for about 22 years and in the last couple of years I've had a small number of CGMs, all libre 2. I had a freebee from Abbot and have bought a couple of 2 packs. Expensive hobby as, even shopping around, they work out at nearly £50 quid each. When searching for CGM I spotted a couple of links to aliexpress. They seem to be a chinese version of the libre type sensor, last 15 days, similar specs. I just wondered if anyone had tried them as they work out at about £30 each. You have to install their app to read the results over bluetooth and I have concerns about putting chinese softward on my phone.

So, has anyone got experience with these products? Are they worth the cost saving? The one I'm looking at is called Aidex. Thanks in advance.

As far as I know, Aidex is actually made by GlucoRX - a british registered company.
The only note of caution I would advise is that sometimes products can be locked by region - so a sensor sourced from China may not work with software downloaded in Europe - but then again, it might work OK.
