Like most people with diabetes I seem to be on an endless quest for good-tasting food that won't play havoc with my blood sugar levels. What I keep looking for is food low in saturated fat, without any transfats, and packed with nutritious carbohydrates.
But as I read there are some really interesting points. I'll definitely be looking into this further. Sure would be nice to be able to eat this without getting a spike!
I eat channa dal three or so times a week. It doesn't affect my blood sugars and for me it's a miracle foodstuff! I was sceptical at first, convinced there was some kind of delayed effect.
