I mentioned this in a post about GI (its got a gi of 11)
It really is a useful food especially if you enjoy curries.
David Mendosa has a long article about it which you might finf interesting to read but most valuable is the long list of recipes that he links to at the end of the article.

The opening sentence got me scratching my head:

When did David write about this?
I know that he's now very strictly LOW CARB and off all medication.
