hi all this is my first post, i currantly work 5am till 1pm 5 days a week. work are trying to change my hours to 2 days 4am till 12pm, 2 days 7 am till 4 pm and 1day 12pm till 8pm. my concern is over meal times ,i have a good routine at the moment good control of bgs. does anybody have any experiance of similyr work pattens and how it effects your control.

you don't say if you have breaks at work and if you are able to take your own food with you? I take food for lunch and when I had my evening job used to take my own food for the evening and just work my breaks around it!
