changed my weighing day

Hi all
I have changed my day to weigh from Monday to Saturday morning, the reason being Monday follows the weekend and I like to have a few extras on a weekend. Anyway, I weighed this morning and I've lost 3lbs. I put an old pair of shorts on and they are too big I have a long way to go but counting my carbs has really helped. Thank you all, I wish I had found this website many years ago, you have helped me so much just by reading your posts.
 
Well done - soon you will be out buying new clothes
 
I've plenty of clothes to shrink into at the moment lol

Thank you all. There is logic there. If I weigh on a Saturday and have more calories than usual on Saturday and Sunday I will have worked them off by the following Maonbday, simples
 
I only hope to lose a little weight each week the maim aim bringing my be down and that is doing well. I am feeling so much better losing weight is a perk.
 
Every pound lost is beneficial to your wellbeing. If you lost 3 pounds a week for only one month that's almost a stone. So keep it up.
