Are there any more food changes I can do?

For diabetes I cut most fruits most grains out.
For high blood pressure I cut a lot of salt out.
For high cholesterol I cut most animal products out.
For being endentulous I cut out most hard tough dry foods.
For recurring kidney stones I cut out alot of protein
In general I cut most sugars out.
I've lost more than 10% of my body weight.

What's left?

Yet despite all these changes
My BP my bs and cholesterol and weight remain
Too elevated.
What can I do?

I just wanted throw in there that if you have lost a fair bit of weight, that could account for the cholesterol going up. If can do that.

was the weight loss intentional or wanted? Have you stopped losing weight or still ongoing?

I have stopped losing weight. It wasn't intentional.
It happened shortly before and after my teeth issues.
Before becoming endentulous. Due to the pain.
And not being able to eat much. Now I just fluctuate
Up and down 3 pounds.

Oh and I only eat soups and cheese put in it to
Get soft or pb . For protein sources.
Once a day.

Ok. If the weight loss was a mystery that would have to be investigated, but as you know why that’s less of a worry.

if your weight loss was in recent months,in your shoes I’d want a retest in a few months to see if things had restabilised

Why haven't these changes affected me?
I believe they go with the recent advices
Given?
