I am seriously considering changing my clinic and I know I can request this. Who and how do I contact my gp? by letter? or in person?
I get on great with my current consultant and DSN but their hands seem to be tied by the CCG and I am getting to the point of giving up and moving clinic. I was put forward for a pump at the start of this year and due to various reasons they have given me I have still not heard if they will fund me. Its now almost 9 months with no news (I suspect as its taken so long I wont be funded tbh) and the advice I have had from INPUT is to move clinics.
But has anyone done this and how quick was it to get a change in clinic sorted?
