Hi all, Currently on Novomix 30 3 times a day (used to be twice). Just had my latest HbA1c and it has gone up to 8.7% from 8.0% last time - been hovering around 8.5% for the last 12 months or so. Seeing my diabetes nurse on Monday and she has suggested (on the phone) that it might be a good idea to try going on to basal/bolus. Not really looking forward to adding in yet another injection but can anyone who has moved from Novomix 30 to Lantus / NovoRapid let me know how they found it, how their control was affected and how quickly did they see any change in their HbA1c results? Thanks Steven (Type 2 - or possibly 1.5! - since October 2005)
