If you follow the link I posted, the site is offering to buy any number of all makes of test strips off anyone as long as they have a use buy date of over a year - I suspect a % of them will then be resold by the purchser on ebay or other reseller sites
From what I gather they are providing diabetic supplies to people in the states who can't afford medical insurance at a cost that is affordable. I don't see anything particularly reprehensible in that.
I find it very strange why you only get prescribed a tub of fifty strips. I get 2 x 50 tubs of strips in a sealed box here in Australia max of 200 at any one time.
These strips cost me $1.30 for the 100 box through the NDSS, I have just filled a new six monthly approval form for my GP to sign so I can get them for the next six months.
Hi. I live in Australia too but even with my NDSS card I pay about $7 per container of 50. What form should i get from the GP and does this apply to any brand or are there restrictions? I am type 1.5
