Do you leave the rind on? I will have to try this.If you chop up some brie (2cm cubes) and microwave them (approx 3 mins, but do it in 30 sec bursts to prevent scorching them), until they go puffy like wee marshmallows. Allow to cool.
They go all crunchy like quavers. Delish.
Oh my that looks amazing.yes, I leave the rind on.
You can also melt cheese in the microwave like BB did in the oven. Cheese squares and slices. But you have to time it very closely. Overdone is vile. Far worse than over-baked.
Oh, and if you hang the still soft microed cheese slice over a rack or wooden spoon handle to cool, they cool and harden to resemble crisp tacos.
We will put Vegimite on instead of Marmite. That would be good with marmite n
I like vegimite too. We can't always get it here though. We will put Vegimite on instead of Marmite.
I have a small microwave turntable up at the shed, will clean it up and put it on top of the turntable in the kitchen. Can do multiple cheesy goodness at one hit.

The only place I have seen it for sale in London was just down from Australia House, there was a street stall selling it plus other Australian stuff, but this was in 1984 though so most probably not there now.
