backstabbers, brocoli and dirt toilets...uggghhhh
Hi everyone,

Hope you can share your experience with me about the following. I am treated for a lung infection with Klaram (horrid stuff) and over the past year i have developed a kind of asthma. I am 5 days on the antibiotic and i already lowered my pump for the nite but last night i had a huge hypo in the night which was difficult to get out of and in the end i had to get the glucagon injection out to break out of it. Are there any pumpers out there that experienced the same and can share this with me what the solution was?

I am T2 and asthmatic and use a brown and blue inhaler. I also get chest infections and they take forever to go away.

I get the other effect, my BGs start to climb as soon as I get an infection and until it's gone they stay up about 1 mmol above normal.

There's nothing I can do so I just have to live with it.

I have to say that there are times when I envy those of you who use insulin, but then I wouldn't want the hypo problem

yes its horrible and it takes a full day or more to recover from it physically wise. Especially after such a big one...youre knackered.

Thanks for reacting :D
