Chest troubles and Diabetes II?

Hi all

Well, fun- to add to the retinopathy, now I'm off for a CAT scan for chest troubles- "mild bilateral crepitation", been coughing a year or two now and had severe bronchitis back in September last year.

Anyone else had any experience like this? Gawd knows it took long enough to get my med team to take me seriously!

Well I'm glad they have finally taken you seriously! I haven't had the crackling and coughing for that long, but I have had it for 7 months at a time. They put those adverts on TV.....'If you have had a cough for more than 3 weeks, see your GP..........' lol. I am currently struggling with my lungs filling with liquid due to a bad reaction to floor adhesive fumes, (I never even went in the room concerned) so I do sympathise with you.

Still at last they are listening! Hopefully you will get some help now!
