Chia seeds.

You can just sprinkle them in which I do, sometimes I sprinkle them in salads , also on the top of soups too - just a teaspoon or so. I sometimes make an overnight yoghurt type thing with a couple of layers of Greek yogurt and some frozen berries and a 3 or 4 teaspoons of the Linwoods mix of flaxseed, sunflower, pumpkin & chia seeds with goji berries mix and few flaked almonds leave it in the fridge over night, the berries defrost and seep into the yogurt- delish and it’s just grab and go, I don’t add sweetener anymore but I used to

I do pretty much exactly the same! Those Linwood mixes are lovely,
