- When people who know nothing about the LCHF diet tell me I'm killing myself being on it. I was killing myself not being on it!
I've been worrying about all sorts of things that could go wrong before my son's wedding, but I didn't think of chickenpox! The youngest of 3 grandsons has come out in spots and chickenpox is going round the school. He will no doubt give it to his older brothers 
He will probably be ok by the wedding, but if the brothers get it, they might still be infectious. In the words of Victor Meldrew 'I can't believe it'
Also at work this morning a carer I was working with said ''I wonder what these spots are on my feet and hands. They are turning to blisters'' She thought it was new shoes that gave her blisters on her feet, but then today her hands were itching like mad with the same spots. I suggested 'hand, foot and mouth'? She went onto google and she most likely has it. I just hope she's not smit me!
What else can happen in 13 days I wonder! What are the chances of the plague?
