Don't have this all the time, but its really nice occasionally and takes about 1/2 hr from start to finish so a quick meal. Enjoy, we do!

mmmmmmmmmmm, :D

Sounds really good!

Have you tried this with just vegetables and no noodles?

Don't get me wrong i love stir fry with noodles.. *drool*

But i occasionally have a very low carb or a carb free if possible to test my basal,

and salad, veg&meat etc can get very boring :)

No I have not, will have play and try it, I just thought well if people like chinese and have given it up its a low sugar.low fat receipe so people might like to have it occasuonally. :)

Definately have to let us know how it goes :)

I get fed up of the same food, my nana lives with us and as she's retired she cooks tea for when me and my mum get home from work and my sister form school, so it's a bit harder when she's cooking for 5.. i often find myself coming home to spaghetti bolognaise and i make something else for myself so that could be a good one :)

It'll work fine without noodles. The beauty of stir fry is that it's completely flexible, you canput whatever you want in.

Also if you have access to an oriental shop you can noodles made of yam, which have much less carbs than normal noodles.
