I tried building a low carb Chinese about a month after diagnosis. It was a total disaster and gave me a reading in the mid teens. My advice is either tread with caution, just go sod it for the evening and expect the worse or not be the designated driver so you can imbibe some alcohol to act as "incoming" counter measures if needed.</p></blockquote><p></p>
