Hey so i dont post that much here but i do read alot and i was really wondering about feet...
I had my regular check up the other day and my chiropodist said everything was fine all clear etc... But this morning i've got out the shower and checked my feet as i usually do, and on the sole of my left foot and just around my ankle seems to be random bruises? They are very tender, only small for now, but have me worried?
Can anyone suggest anything or advise me? Its like i've stood on lego how random they are!
