Anyone spotted that sainsburys have there own "no added sugar" milk chocolate? I know all about polyols etc, but this was really nice. No spike at all, no "after effect" digestion wise, success! And not expensive!
 
I'm not a choccie lover so can give or take the sweet stuff.

Now if Sainsbury's came up with some low carb crisps I would be impressed! :lol:
 
Ooo that sounds like the kind of break through on the Diabetic scene that really lights my candle :wink: Forget pancreas transplants, and needleless injections and pumps...but a chocolate that you could eat a fair amount of without going through the eye of a needle :thumbup:

I tried that Diabetic stuff years ago. and only just made it home after half a bar :***:
