Chocolate anyone?

I am sure I have read somewhere that dark chocolate is OK for diabetics provided it is over 70% cocoa.

Is this correct ot is my memory playing tricks on me.

yes but 85% is my choice as i have trouble with sticking to just 2 squares so i figure if im gonna cheat a bit its better that its higher lol
 
Its based on the fact that if there's more cocoa in the chocolate then there's less refined sugar. So yeah, its definitely better for diabetics than cheap milk chocolate with loads of sugar in.
