We make chocolate macadamia nuts when we are given a bucket full from the next door neighbour. Once I get them cracked open some are left as plain nut's, some get the chocolate treatment, some are roasted with chilli powder.
They last a fair while in the fridge, as long as you do not pig out on them.
Melt some 85% or above chocolate ,throw in some nuts coat well ,leave to set I don't know about shelf life because I don't make too many (not enough will power) !
