I'm feeling ill and wanted something comforting for tea. I just whizzed up cocoa powder, truvia and milk, and added a big slug of double cream. It was delicious.
My low carb bedtime drink now (which replaced my life long mug of Ovaltine) is very similar: cocoa, a few drops of Stevia, almond milk, and that essential dollop of cream. Definitely lovely comfort food - AKA a hug in a mug!
