can anybody help me please. i have been using the 90% cocoa lindt chocalate which has 2.8g of sugar and 4.8g carbs per 40g which is 4 squares. Somebody i know brought me some back from harrods one was lindt 99% cocoa and the other bar was prestat 99% dark chocalate. only problem is both bars dont have any nutritional information on the back and i cant find the info on the net. Any one no the values or can steer me in the direction. one thing i did notice that when you put the 99% lindt bar next to the 90% bar although they have the same quantitiy of squares and they are the same size in bar the 90% bar is nearly double the net weight of the 99% bar any ideas?

I have some of this - wow is it intense! - I am never ate "ordinary" chocolate much - (or indeed biscuits cakes or puddings) as I haven't a sweet tooth but this is right up my street - very bitter and rich - found this website it has some interesting facts and some nutritional info half way down the page. I only ever have 2 squares even though you can eat more as its so intense and very satisfiying - mmmmmmm 8)
