Chocs away? Cocoa and BP

So which chocolate would I buy next time I'm in asda?

85% dark choc, green and blacks is good, though tesco do a Peruvian one tats not bad, but g & b is the best.

Also, I thought I would never ever ever ever say this as my usual stance is not a hope in hell would I eat it, but hersheys special dark choc and hersheys cookies and cream do not impact my sugar levels when I have a couple of chunks with a coffee. Hershey's were never sweet tasting anyways but as I have cut out sugar they at ok now :D gonna go slap myself now for admitting it.

"Writing in the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, Ried and colleagues found that individuals consuming flavanol-rich products had a mean reduction in systolic BP of 2.77 mmHg and in diastolic BP of 2.20 mmHg, both of which were statistically significant."

Is that the same as "All dentists agree" or "Medical researchers agree" or "All my friends say" or have I had too much wine.

On the same subject, how is 2.77 significant.

Should I go and lie down now?

Hershey's dark is the only Hershey's worth eating... the rest is vile...

Aldi's Mosser Roth 85% dark chocolate is delicious and each pack has 5 small bars, each bar contain 4g of carbs.

2.77 is hardly significant as a percentage... it is perhaps under 3%, and given the variability of my personal measurements it is well within the realms of error of the average personal instrument... I want something that drops mine by at least ten and tastes just as nice... well, I can but dream... 8)
