- Not having chocolate, it's a darn disaster!
My blood test result's out 
FBG at 08:30 am was 3.5! OMG!
Happy to say that other things except cholesterol level and uric acid are high.
I am adapting LCHF diet and seeing great result to lower my BGL, but not sure if it affects my cholesterol level?
As in Uric Acid, I am not sure what causes it really - one internet articles mentioned "having diabetes can cause elevated level of UA".
Has any of you tested these lately?
What is your experience?
